Ongoing promotion and marketing, as with any business, is essential. Client understands that any marketing programs offered by Atlas Business Concepts are foundation building only and not intended to be the sole source of advertising and promotion for the website. Client is encouraged to implement other methods of exposure on a regular basis to maximize the potential of the website. Once an order has been placed and a submission has been completed, there will be no refunds granted for any reason. The steps necessary to set-up the submission account for the client, the submission services and the scheduling of future submissions will constitute the completion and fulfillment of the services as supplied by Atlas Business Concepts. Should client no longer wish to utilize the services of Atlas Business Concepts, notification by e-mail or by US Mail will be sufficient. Upon cancellation, any scheduled submissions remaining to be completed will be forfeited by the client. Atlas Business Concepts will have no further responsibility to the client for fulfillment of services.
